Yeah it is fun, but Bee doesnt like that kind of gameplay. He does little setups with Mavado's trap here and there, but doesnt like full on setup style. Go watch Mtn Joker's Reptile, he is more setup oriented Reptile. Uses alot of setup kamoes like darrius, Cyrax, Tremor etc.
I might be wrong but i think most of the time is right before the opponent tries to land or connect an attack on you mid combo, like i've never seen or used a breaker on starters
This one of two situations, the sektor fuzzy blocked both options or [the most probable] mk as many games has a mechanism where if two attacks hit at/almost exactly the same time the low and overhead turns into mid, there was video where Sonicfox explained it while playing, that some chsracter bypass that by hitting both attacks at the exact same frame and they conserve the low overhead properties making it unblockable.

if you get counterhit or punished by a d2 jump cancel its unbreakable, also you cannot use combo breaker while being hit by a projectile
