Glad someone has finally touched on the fact a 4x4 YB can do 500on standard internals with just an uprated headgasket. On a k20 you need to cap the torque to 250ish lbft as there is no structural integrity to any of the engine parts

I'm in the middle of removing my engine loom on escort cosworth big turbo and I'm struggling as it seems to tap into the lights at the front the loom is removed from the engine and goes like I say to a few plugs around the front near side light and the heads down to the chassis leg and though the bulk head I'm just not sure what to cut out i dont want be cutting any of the car loom by accident

500bhp was a big headache back in the day T4 8 injectors BD cams, but now with Borg twin scroll turbos and fancy ecu's its a breeze.

If I remember correctly the ignition amp is located front near side, have you removed that?
