The ones that re-made the music definitely elevated their levels a bunch, made it feel a lot more like a recreation of the Undertale battles (Troiel's in particular was extra good for doing the ruins before that.)... but it unfortunately makes the other levels feel lackluster in comparison.

yeah, but another reason muffet could be considered a miniboss is because she doesnt really have any kind of relationship with frisk they dont become friends at the end, muffet straight up tries to kill you to bake you heck, even in the true pacifist route when everyone is cheering you on she appears with the other minor enemies
Next up, undertale recreated in mario maker 2. Someone also figured out how to make an undertale battle system in mm1 so I wouldn't be surprised to see that next.

Not gonna lie, Papyrus', Flowey's and Mettaton's fights were the best. Even If in Mettaton's fight you don't do much things- but... I hate to say this, but sans' fight was perfect. (I am a flowey fan, so I hate to say it-)

For most of them, I prefer the ones with music..... But the sans level, with the music that cuts in and out? No. Too jarring. pipes and doors are one thing, but having music in some parts but not others is just lazy imo.
