2nd. The new Type 730C is good for aircrafts but lacks a little on missile defense so if you put it with Sea Ram it's perfect.

Type 730 c is good against very fast missiles like x 51, but garpun is better in blocking slow missiles like bulava, p-700

Range really matters for AA defences. They should increase the range of all AAs, their inability to block missiles triggers me

Garpun and Pantsir has long and short range that in 2.9km to 3.5km base on Missiles and Bullets range.
Except Type 730C has longer range as Palash in its Bullets than Missiles, but its good against Aircraft from distance
