- PAC-MAN WORLD Re-PAC has some new paid DLC to gobble up!
The Jukebox is a sound test mode with retro style, would you expect anything less from PAC-MAN? Adding a jukebox to the beach of PAC-MAN WORLD Re-PAC’s in-game hub area of Ghost Island, the jukebox features over 50 songs from the game’s soundtrack as well as the English, Japanese, and Chinese language versions of the song “We Are PAC-MAN!” You’ll no longer have to enter a specific level if you want to hear your favorite in-game track!
Initially an exclusive from the Bandai Namco US Store, the Chrome Noir Chogokin skin can now be purchased stand-alone! As a fun cosmetic upgrade for the in-game Metal power-up - PAC-MAN will take on the look of the Chrome Noir Chogokin statue with stylish robotic details! If players really like it, the statue it was designed after is available for purchase from the Bandai Namco US Store.
Additionally we've added a free quality-of-life update! Game credits will be updated, along with improving the in-game sound quality for background music. ✨

Don't get me wrong I think this is great but really should've been in the base game, especially considering they've upped the soundtrack now.
I think the jukebox should've been in the base game, but it makes sense for the skin to be DLC because we'll, it's a cosmetic skin.
Only Namco can charge you for something that should be free.
The sad thing is that many companies would likely do this.
if you have this on nintendo switch, use your gold coins.

That poor composer had to redo ALL remixed tracks because people were whining and complaining about the music being awful at release

Nice to see the updated OST being released for free, but the Jukebox should have been free as well, as a bonus for beating the game.
For the uninformed: The update itself is free, but only contains the improved BGM and adds a section of the credits dedicated to the Namco Hometek devs who worked on the OG.
The Jukebox and Chogokin are, as stated, paid DLC, with the skin being $1 and the jukebox being $3.

the costume looks sweet for Pacman, which I wish was in Smash brothers. But of course the experience is short and the only replay is just collection the hidden stuff in each level. So better off being free dlc than paid dlc.

This paid DLC with a singular skin and a Jukebox to listen to the OST costs money? You might as well make it free at that point or add more things in the DLC such as new levels to make it worth paying money.
Still, good update. Only cost 2.99 anyway, good job on remaking the soundtrack because some of the old ones sound scruffy for lack of a better word.

Shouldn't this have been a free update in general and i would have paid for the chogokin as a new mode with remixed levels. Also sound test should have been in now had it been a classic ost then yes but the game uses the original and not a remixed soundtrack
