AS A WOMAN TRYING TO FIX MY CAR MYSELF I Was SUPER intimidated WHEN I SEEn THAT OtHER VIDEO WHERE OLE' DUDE TORE OUT ALL THAT TRIM...Thanks for showing me how it's really done! 😊
I cannot find the "3 push pins". I see two plastic hole covers at the front for covering what seems to be anchor screws that you pull off (or screw off?).
Sorry, been at the lake all weekend and just saw this. What year is your SRX? What you are describing sound exactly like plastic caps GM uses to cover screw heads quite often. I'd try gently popping them off with a trim stick to see if there are 7mm screws underneath, if you haven't already lol.
Thanks! Turned what could have been a two hour job into 10 mins.

Got a mouse dead in the fan. Thought i was gonna have to tear the whole pass side apart. Thanks!
Oof, that does not sound like a fun problem to have lol.
What size were the bolts? Nuts?
5.5mm for the screws holding the fan in.
Thank you !!!
