Honestly if he wanted he could move up and would most likely dominate considering he's an incredible all-rounder. He's got a really high squat for his class and his bench and deadlift are nearing the world records.
Someone answer me this; how does the "law of accommodation" not apply to these monsters. I am sincerely interested. Per Louie Simmons, you don't get far if you don't change things up. I've never seen John Haack do anything else than SBD.
@@patrickyoung2813 I am not referring to their assistance work. More the idea that you can't do the sam exercises over and over again and expect gains aka law of accommodation.
They do change it up most likely but just not on vid / socials. For instance Andy was using a transformer bar for squats. Besides someone as big as Andy (I'm guessing) doesn't lift heavy every week. Probably more like every 2 weeks maybe even 3. So that's a way of switching it up. Then again this is just my idea of how they could be handling their training, not saying this is how they're doing it.
