immense insight! thinking without thinking.... just realize that you are tricked by yourself to contemplate your thoughts instead of your goals and desires! i caught myself in the position where i couldn't move on... i got my goal to overthink my thoughts but not to accomplish itself, and the questions "does this bring me a happiness?" "do i need to do that?" are superuseful to implement them against that destructive disease! Thank you a lot!

    Brilliant : )
You have great understanding (based on observation / insight) and skill to communicate same in 10 minutes...
    Keep it up : )
i.e. Look forward to hear you speak afresh on this same topic every 10 years,
as you grow up... (say) 21 yrs, 31 yrs, ... 71 yrs of age...

summary of this video for me is just ask yourself what needs to be done , but not taking so much time asking and thinking how cause there are infinite possibilities so just ask what and ofc how but simply.

Guys and Gals, thank me later. ACCEPT!!! That you have misinformed thoughts and keep it moving. Every time the most scariest darkest thought comes in and say yes it could happen oh well let it be. Accept not reject and you will feel 1,000 pounds Of clarity and joy.
    1. Act as a child, laugh at your nonsense don’t make it serious.
    2. Remember that words only have meanings that you give them, imagine you never knew language, would you have the worries you think you have based upon words? Noooo just TH-cam blind people and watch there joyful ness.
    3. Live make memories not dreams untaken.
