Thanks for clearing the difference as I was wondering which one was healthier for you as I have issues with high blood sugar but when I was out I bought 5 95% Cacao bars and I just read the ingredients and it does say Cocoa powder ... oh that is not right as thanks for that info and now I know but the good thing as they only have 1g of sugar which I got to watch my intake
@@JamesDoiron-e7k Indeed! A little caveat… Anything with 5 G’s of sugar or less per serving, your system will NOT register it as sugar. Thanks for your input and I’m delighted to know this video served you value. That said, please share the video with anyone you know who can benefit from it. 💪🏽🙏🏽
You buy from a company that has third-party testing done for heavy metal content. They all have heavy metals from the soil, but some of them have drastically less than others.
I don't totally agree....we make both in my country and the difference is one is burnt/roasted whereas one is air/sun dried. The reason they can get away with the label is cos it's from cocoa just that the processing makes the difference. Also they are both nutritious just that one retains more nutrients than the other.
The integrity of essential nutrients and important compounds in everything that is processed in high heat is compromised! Raw is always the wisest choice for obvious reasons...

@@ArgosySpecOps do you know of any good ones?
@@sandyny I use Navitas. Organic, Raw, Fair Trade, and test pretty low on heavy metals in most third-party comparisons.
@@ArgosySpecOps thank you
@@ArgosySpecOpsYes, you are absolutely correct! Thank you for sharing that. 😎🤙🏽
