Do you guys have instructions on how to install the ffc cables correctly?

We will keep pushing videos this year please let us know what other printers we should make video on.
After replacing print heads, do they need to be calibrated (aligned)
I didn't recalibrate mine and its prints just like new..be careful how you take the old one out and put the new one in...make sure not to bend anything
Would this be the same process for a Valuejet 1324x?
yes
After changing dampers on my mutoh valuejet 1638wx my printer is stop working, it starts initializing and then shut down instantly and i dont know why, i realy need some help! Please !
It seems like maybe there might be ink on the FFC cables I would un plug the machine and inspect the printhead data cables.
does anybody knows from where I can get similar printhead ?
they gave me a 3,400$ it is to much for me
How much its charged for replacing the head???
Im a certified tech in Denver, we charge $160/hr.
@@inkjettech8943 here in Dominican Republic i work on a lot a Mutoh. Most if them are water base. 👍👍
@@inkjettech8943 Это тебе в денвере нормальные руки на кривые подменили?
$2000 for a Mutoh 1624 head...if you have a technician come out it is $225.00 an hour with a 3 hour minimum...I did mine by myself and it took about an hour and a half to get it apart and reassembled
Can repair it
One thing you didn't tell us is that when you take the ink lines off the dampers the ink drains out of the lines all over everywhere, and the screws on mine had locktite on the screws holding the head so we loosened the silver bracket it was attached to and once the head was loose we then removed the bracket attached to the head...other than that a pretty good video....
Your suppose to do an ink drain first. This video doesn't show much at all.
