Professor Marandi is an excellent analyst with thorough knowledge of West Asia and the West. While I understand the time constraints, it feels rather disrespectful to constantly interrupt him. His perspective is very valuable and despite the desire of the host to only focus on the current events, the historical context Prof. Marandi provides is necessary to understanding the present day events.

Professor Marandi certainly knows what he is talking about and has every reason to maintain his constant references to the historic causes of this Middle East disaster and the genocide of the Palestine people. He explains perfectly the position of Iran in the situation they find themselves.

The fact that Sunni Islam is even permitted to exist in India to this day is baffling. China/East Asia and now Europe do not tolerate Sunni Islam, nor should they. The days of Muslim in Europe are numbered; they will be driven out, certainly ouf of Germany, the Netherlands, and Scandinavia at some point this century. It will probably happen in France too.

I kept watching to see how Marandi would deal with Karan. Karan is as thick as a board. I thought, at first, that he was playing devil's advocate. But, no, he is not self-aware. My respect for Professor Marandi increased even more responding to some very tough questions. The host really challenged him. A millennium is certainly an exaggeration, but Sunni Islam did destroy Indian civilisation in the North and North-West of India. I only came on this Chanel because of Prof. Marandi as I follow all his interviews on all other channels but I realised few minutes here in this interview that Karan Thapar has no clue how to communicate cause his behaviour is like a child having a tantrun as I realised Karan has not learnt to LISTEN but too eager to to shout back before Prof. Marandi has finished his answer. I do wonder if Karan's parents has never thought him any manners as he behaves like a stupid spoilt child, my 7year old daughter has more maturity and manners by respecting other people with mature conversations cause I thought her first thing is to LISTEN. One has to LISTEN and put the brain in gear before opening the mouth otherwise one can turn out to be a Big AH like Karan. By the way I changed the Chanel after few minutes and never again!!!
