My truck has a subtle vibration when I let of the gas at 65-70 mph and starts slowing down would ujoint possibly cause that?

There are a few potential causes for a subtle vibration when letting off the gas at highway speeds around 65-70 mph: driveline imbalance, tire imbalance or unevenness, worn suspension components, transmission/transaxle issues, and sometimes aerodynamic factors- subtle changes in airflow around the vehicle as you let off the gas can induce small vibrations.

My car vibrates most notably in second gear at about 3.5k rpms then stops and it hums. When put into third gear when it’s at about 2k rpms then the hum gets very loud. The humming and vibrating seems to be coming from the rear end of the car. What could this be?

What car are you driving? Have you checked the rear differential and joints? It could also be caused by worn out wheel bearing or irregular tire.

What about humming noise when vehicle is at 60Kmph

From where do you hear the humming noise? There are few probable causes. Here are some of them: A humming noise at 60 mph could be caused by a variety of issues, including:
      1. Uneven tire wear or a tire that is out of balance can create a humming noise, especially at higher speeds.
      2. Worn or damaged wheel bearings can also cause a humming noise, particularly when driving at higher speeds. If the noise increases when turning, it may be a sign of a faulty wheel bearing.
      3. Problems with the driveshaft or differential can also result in a humming noise, especially when driving at a consistent speed like 60 mph.
      4. A transmission problem, such as low fluid levels or worn gears, can cause a humming noise while driving.
      5. Sometimes, the design of the vehicle can create aerodynamic noise at certain speeds, leading to a humming sound.

@@TheAbJGarage Thanks actually fixed the issue was the wheel bearing

Wheel bearing/hub assembly. It will progressively and get louder and louder and louder until finally it pops and then your wheel will tip to the side extremely far
