It's really cumbersome having to use the scan software on a pc to scan two sided docs. I keep thinking something is wrong because the 2-sided option on the 8720's control panel is disabled. My older Epson 3640 eventually printed horribly but the control panel was much easier to use than HP, and of course you didn't have to go to the PC to scan two sided. Dragging down a screen of options is much less intuitive than pushing a button. The HP touch panel is cumbersome at best.

Hi Shingo zaki The ADF capacity is 50 sheets. Can't comment on the which ADF is better between the Scanjet or the Officejet but believed that both should meet the HP standards. Officejet Pro is a Multi Function printer whereas the Scanjet only offers Scan. If you are concerned about paper getting stuck, then do consider the Officejet Pro 8730/Officejet Pro 8740, which offers a 2-sided 1 pass scan for the ADF. Best, Technology Tips

Did you remove the protective film from the scanner glass? I did that mistake and tried to leave it there for protection.
