This same thing happened to me but in a nightmare it teaches me good lesson about life and death and realized we are way better than we think and everything teaches us something
Brooooo this happened to me too. When I was back to normal I started to be grateful about life. The incident was couple months ago and the feeling had started to fade away without me realizing it. But now after watching your video I got it back ( don't know when i'll lose it again)
When you're consistently practicing gratitude it's possible to never lose that feeling. You don't have to do it daily, you can just like journal once a week, that is what I'd recommend.
... I am very grateful for you, who shares his advice and opinions, helping others to think about and improve their lives! Certainly found some good new ideas in you videos, since I first found your channel... keep going!
Been there, my highest fever was 106 degrees Fahrenheit. Hated that man Edit: Finished the video, and I definitely agree with your sentiment: When you can't do even the most normal things, you realize how much you love those very normal things! It's not like you're thinking about going to amusement parks, sky diving, or bungee jumping or something else crazy. You miss the most basic things! I also did exactly what you said and wrote down the three things. The third one I wrote down said that I'm grateful for Hardi Fit. Thank you so much man, I found you at the most perfect time!

Yep everything teaches us something, so it's best to try to experience as much as possible in life and always take note of it💪
