    These popular gurus always never say why you need to grind. They don't ask this basic question. They hide behind money and popularity. Is this really the life you want to live?       Sorry for the late response I’ve been on a trip. Well the most important advice I wanna give you is that you should just try to find outdoor activities you like to do, and actually do them. For example going fishing, playing football, going to the gym, or whatever else. Just try to find something that you’re passionate about and do it outdoors, so you don’t just procrastinate indoors. Hope this helps!!

    It is truly an addiction, but few are aware of it or even reflect on how much time they waste just sitting and scrolling. I uninstalled social media from my mobile and got a warning message "uninstalling this app may make your device unstable" meaning they don't want us to go back to how we lived our lives before social media took control of our brains.

    Yo bro. I'm feeling the same burnt out right now. Can't do anything but still pushing myself and also not feeling that good. So i decided to take a 3 days off. But my question is that isn't we get in a loop hole after this ? Example:- If we reached the limit of 1 hour workout and started to feel a burnout. Then we take a break, restart with small steps and again reached the same level as we were before. Isn't it a loop hole bro ? Like I'm not seeing progress in this way

      Two key things: progressive overload and consistency. The goal of starting all over again is to improve your discipline (consistency) so you don't quit. And then you start progressively overloading so you can reach your potential. If you have discipline, then you won't get into any kind of bad loophole, because you show up every day to work, gym, reading or whatever you're trying to improve.

      When you're consistently practicing gratitude it's possible to never lose that feeling. You don't have to do it daily, you can just like journal once a week, that is what I'd recommend.

    Phone is not my problem neither morning routine. Idk i suddenly started to lose focus i mean like my attention span fucked up but it is getting better and the next is my brain wander alot and i excessively day dream i mean even while watching this vid i was just looking at it i was hearing it there were no noise or distraction but i forgot that i was watching this vid i was in my own world i had to rewatch this vid 5 times 🙂the fourth time i watched it but i forgot what he said so i had to rewind it even while I'm showering my muscles are working perfectly I'm applying body soap but I don't know what i am doing i mean i cannot explain this. I have alots of symptoms of ADHD. Idk i never experienced this before it all started this year i mean i di daydream alot since i was child to escape reality but it never interrupted me during work or even ny brain were wandering during work i could still focus i still knew what i was doing. It's so irritating sometimes i just want to scream 🙂

      Thanks for your comment. This problem is actually way more common than youd think. I'd recommend doing activities that calm yoir brain and are not stimulating, examples meditation and reading books. Just try to sit down and meditate for 3 min, or read a book for 3 min and do it daily. Then just progressively overload this. Doing this will help, best of luck💪

      It's probably because you haven't had a rest day, your muscles need rest to grow. Lack of sleep and bad nutrition could also be causing this

    In my opinion, the meaning of life is a an itch that will always bother us. It is something that we keep chasing, hoping we will achieve a state of indefinite joy, but as we grow older, we realize that it is unattainable. I am currently at a point in my life where I am disregarding the question, trying to forget its existence whatsoever. What makes sense for me is to live as vividly as possible, feeling and experiencing every emotion and all surroundings as much as possible. To engage in the life around us through our senses. I strive towards the purpose of my heart and follow it with the vigor of my mind and soul. I think this is the first time I commented on TH-cam ever, after 21 years.
