It really bothers me that these media people create their own narratives without watching the games. Before Durant left, OKC never had the personnel to run a free flowing offense, they had to use ball-dominant playmakers. They've never been a great 3 point shooting team, so they didn't have amazing spacing...Kevin Durant's JOB was to space in addition to being the LEAGUE SCORING LEADER...delusional people pretend like Russ didn't get KD the ball, how do you lead the LEAGUE in scoring if that's not the case?
Their MAIN problem came down to closing games out, which lies on KD's inability to put on weight, get on the LOW BLOCK, and get high percentage buckets as the team leader. People would just shadow him on the perimeter because he tried to post up on the 3 point line?! The offense became stagnant because his teammates (including Russ) aren't great shooters. Well, if you can post up on the low block, get high percentage buckets then draw double teams, that prevents your offense from being perimeter-centric without great perimeter shooters. WATCH THE GAMES! If you don't know anything about basketball, don't comment on it Colin.

I always agree with Colin on Westbrook. No one wants to play with a guy who has a 40+% usage rate. LeBron doesn't need the ball that much, even Kobe and MJ never needed the ball that much. Russell is talented and athletic but his decision making and ball dominant style won't get him a ring

In gsw they just keeping passing the ball for the best look because they have so many finishers. okc doesn't so he has to set his teammates up and dish it. Study things more before commenting.
