There's a MULTITUDE of ways to do these like 47x45 you can multiply 40x40 get 1600 then multiply 40 x 7 get 280 then multiply 40 x 5 get 200 then multiply 5 x 7 get 35 add 1600 + 280 + 200 + 35 = 2115 or you can multiply 40 x 47 =1880 and then 5 x 47 = 235 adding 1880 + 235 = 2115, and then finally you can use your simple trick multiply 5 x 7 = 35 hold that 3 in your pocket for first digit place of 5, then cross multiply 4 x 5 = 20 and 4 x 7 = 28 add 20 + 28 + 3 (the three we were holding from 5 x 7 = 35) = 51 hold that 5 in your pocket for second digit place of 1! now finally take 4 x 4 = 16 now add 16 + 5 (the five we were holding from adding 28+20+3=51) = 21 for our 3rd digit place first digit (5) second digit (1) third digit (21) for the same answer 2115!
Wow this is absolutely brilliant to know!! Thank you ❤
Great video!! Loved it.
People who forgot multiplication me so i watch this, its so helpful thank u
can't believe teachers didn't teach this to me.... the wasted years...

😊
yes everyone knows the multiplication algorithm, how do you do it in your head
practice so much you just start doing it.
Case interviews aren’t ready for me
It's call Vedic mathematics. Mentioned in ancient Indian Hindu scriptures.
