Building a coordinated response to a DDoS event with AWS security services- AWS Online Tech Talks

There are at least two scenarios when you can be caught by DDoS attack and need to react fast.
1/ Your application exposed to internet and your antiDDoS configuration was pretty basic and now you need to mitigate the big incoming attack.
2/ You application was prepared for DDoS, but your new API or service being attacked and the previous approaches do not help somehow.
In this talk we will guide through the steps that help you to react fast in each case, go through AWS tools you should leverage, and best practices you could follow to proactively prepare for such scenarios. What you need to know about the DDoS attack: how to identify geo origins, IP ranges and some attributes that should help you to reduce the attack volume.
