Kursk Root Icon Procession

In 2009 hundreds of thousands of people participated in a procession of the Kursk Root icon of the Mother of God in the city of Kursk (Russia).
This was the first visit of the wonder-working icon to Russia since it was taken from the country after the 1917 Bolshevik Revolution.
