Tsm will use the min buyout when you list.

If i was to set a minimum value for an item at 100g for posting, would that be Min Buyout, Market Value or Region Value?

Just in case: tsm works by you giving it a range of gold in which you are fine with posting the item. The range is set in the auctioning operation min and max is the range while normal ist the price which it uses when there are no others on the AH.
If the cheapest item on the AH right now is in that range it will just post at the cheapest price. If you want to post everything that is above 100g you would put 100g as the minimum price in the auctioning operation
