I do agree that you move too quickly, even for many of us who are experienced and especially since not all of your terminology is correct, ie: the small chains to which you refer are actually small chain spaces (although maybe that's only the case in America). Is this the Indy 500 of crochet?

I have spent half the day watching and trying to write down the stitches for this pattern.you go way too fast and don't explain the stitches in detail ,the camera angle is bad and your fingers are in the way. When you do a tutorial you are supossed to go slow enough and explain what you're doing so beginners, or someone who doesn't know this pattern can learn it. It's easy for you, but it may not be for others.

just slow the video down from normal to 0.5, if you crochet along with her and write it down, it's easier
