Thank you for rekindling an old interest in this hobby. I must have been very young but I can recall falling asleep on my mothers lap while watching her crotchet. Your tutorials are simply wonderful! I hope my daughter will enjoy them too when she is ready.

wow what a ride - I have dyscalcus and really struggle with even counting simple stuff, My therapist suggested several years ago I try crochet to help me equate numbers with fun things, this was a great tutorial and I am now proceeding with row 4 and building my shawl for a friend. I would never have attempted this before. Thank you for posting

I made this in a sportweight yarn and it came out beautifully! But I think it still might be too hot for some summer days. So today I'm starting it in size 10 cotton thread and so far I love it! It'll be nice and light. Thank you Donna!

I am not great in reading patterns and especially english patterns, because I am dutch, but this movie is great. I took out the pictures in your movie from the patterns and combined with your movie, I think many dutch people will now make your beautiful shawl to. Ofcourse I will put your name and website into this. Thank you very much.

    Dear Naztazia:
I've watched several of your tutorials and they are great. The lightening, audio, and video is so clear and professionally done. I sat in front of the computer in my sewing room and made the crocheted Tawashi. It was quick and easy to do. The first one didn't come out as perfectly as yours in the video; however, with practice I'm sure by the time I make a few more of them from my yarn stash, they will be perfected by the time I make them up in pastel colors for Easter as unique and useful kitchen gifts. By the way, I was wondering if you could make a video of the "Half Circle Moon Shawl. They have several free pattern on Lion Brand. I've tried to make one but got confused on the instructions. If you get a change could you please check out the pattern and hopeful in the future do a tutorial on this beautiful shawl.

The flower of life shawl: you have described and taken the time to edit so the piece turns out well. I appreciate the clarity and the fact that it's so condensed, warm and cool. The important stitching you see, is very clear and most appreciated. It took an hour for me to actually make the pattern right because I kept missing the piercing of the double loops. I'm not sure if it was anticipation or not, but I tried to get ahead to understand why I kept missing the last double loops. The drawing dose come in handy. I imagine this would have a finer look with fancy chord or thin fuzzy strands. Larger chunky weight would be a heavy blanket and not nearly as nice a wrap.
