I’m surprised fire doesn’t happen more often in pit stop considering you’re trying to dump something like 5L of fuel a second down a tube next to exhaust headers, brakes…
In FIA races I'm sure there is a very strict control in refuelling, especially in the fuel flow
Yeah of course, but still, it flows crazy fast & next to hot components
That‘s why refueling isn‘t allowed in F1 or DTM.

The mechanic almost lost his footing due to how close the 25 got. I am not fully convinced that it was the mechanic's fault.
Remember, there was a time when the pits was NOT separated from the track.
But accidents still happen.

Pit stops are the dangerous in sports you never know what's going to happen
nothing crazy about the pitstop at 3:40... just another typical "doesn't fit in the socket" lug with what looks like press-in center caps... so pit-member was hammering the cap back in to get the impact to fit.
I love that this guy puts a watermark on content he so clearly stole himself XD.
