I’m 15 and have been doing long distance for a year now. I can honestly say that you have kept me motivated the whole time and finally got my sub 18 5K which I’ve been working at for ages. That’s Mo, great channel 👍
My 5k pb is 18.02 😂, so near to sub 18. I've been running for about 9 months now. And started running more seriously 2 months ago. (I'm also 15)

There is a lot of techniques to be learned from this run. By visualizing this run, I just completed 4.35 miles easy-peasy, effortless this morning on a snowing day, -3 degrees Celsius outside weather condition. The technique demonstrated by Mo in this run has given me a good bank of energy that I'm now heading out for 1 hour swim session after an excellent run this morning
