My babies are all grown up. I will use my 4 legged babies for this project...paw prints!
I am not too sure how well it works with wood, but painter's tape works well for transfer and isn't as sticky as the transfer paper. Also, clear shelf liner works, too.

So, I realize this was a while ago but do you know if you could paint the block before you did the heat? If you used a heat resistant paint (like those used in a fireplace decor) would the burn still work?

Love the DS tutorial. I look at the MGL files, not always as a whole file to yse, but as a file I could use parts of it.
Just an FYI - As of 9/22/2023, background removal is still only for Cricut Access. The update only made it available via mobile for CA users.
Great tutorial! One question so far (since I'm still watching the video) is where did you get the wood block? I'd love to make some of these baby stat blocks and that size block looks like the perfect size. Thank you ❤
When the vinyl was cut for the Hello sign was cut, it looks like the black housing (deep cut blade) was still in. Cricut can't tell the difference between the fine cut verses deep cut blades.

Do you have a handprint file in MGL we can use? I saw a footprint file in the new files this mornth.
couldn't you just double check the "black" for the details and cut only black on your cricut? and not cut any other color that comes up? As long as it isn't something you want part of the "black" cut?
