Cell phones were confiscated from three of the teens at the party already. I am surprised that they are leaving out so many details to this in the news, but articles online and statements from law enforcement are sharing more to the story than the network media. Could be they know who did it but they are waiting on the arrest warrant to be admitted by the judge, and don't want the suspect to flee or it's all a cover up because maybe one if not more of the teens involved is a high-ranking members kid like a sheriff or politician.
Alllll the kids that were at that party got new phones the next day and made new Facebook accounts!!!!! Then Jack sold his truck etc? If that isn't suspicious I don't know what is!

FBI tends to investigate crimes of national significance - terrorism, cybercrime, corruption, civil rights. If the case could be made that this impacts civil rights, then perhaps the FBI could look at it. But so far this is just a terrible tragedy, probably a crime has been committed and it’s been covered up. I think the governor could certainly do something to spark an investigation.
I was hit by a car head on when I was 23. I broke every long bone all my facial bones and both shoes were gone. Being hit by a car is different. This child was brutalized by another human. Monsters are real and it was in his closest circle, his bestie knows.

I have a good friend from childhood who was drugged at a party and was later hit by a train. She lost some extremities and had brain damage but she survived and is now a fully functioning adult

Yup, exactly. My first question was WHERE ARE THE FINGERPRINTS?? That would be a dead giveaway of who put his hands on him/who assaulted Noah. There will always be traces of evidence - especially from a third party involved in his death.

Anyone with critical thinking skills already knew this was no accident. Didn't need to hear it from a pathologist. Shredded fingertips. Come on, man. It's crazy how all these high profile deaths have so many inconsistencies. I can't count how many times I've seen a younger person killed due to some sort of petty jealousy or disagreement. Nobody coming forward is just sickening. A life was lost. People are unbelievable. Prayers for Noah and his family.

"he did NOT have drugs in his system" that statement was said so powerfully. Had some goosebumps even when she pulled up the receipts. Hope this kid gets justice. the posterior rib fracture tells me Noah was hit from the back. Him being naked, different shoes, a caved in skull...sounds like blunt force trauma.
Since there were no stab wounds as far as has been reported, he was hit with something. Some sort of ambush. A vehicle can't take his clothing off.
Many claimed that this was a drunken accident - a car surfing gone wrong. And that Noah was on drugs/alcohol was in his system. Well there you have it, his autopsy clearly states otherwise. His death was blatantly NOT AN ACCIDENT. Poor Noah, he didn't deserve it, and neither does this family. We know this is a coverup because of how long it took to "solve" this case and bring light to his story of abuse and murder, as Law Enforcement believes that they have "brought justice" to his family. They are in agony, how much more are you willing to bring them to their knees? They just want justice for their son, he was murdered and didn't deserve that. Their son was taken away from them, they are jot asking for trillions of dollars, they are seeking jistice on his behalf. Since his ge had his whole life taken away from him...right after he graduated high school.

As an adult, I get having out-of-town house guests for four days, but I don't understand a four day party for youngsters that seemingly were already long term friends that lived near to each other. Even in my most hard-core partying days, it was a Friday and Saturday spree. Maybe someone younger than I can explain?

I think these kids are doing something they think is fun and winding up killing their friends. This needs total investigations and no matter if your kid is a child of a governor, senator, representative, judge, lawyer, or cop all and full coverage needs to be made with punishments and fines. The mismatched shoes are a dead end . Noah wanted to go for a walk and could only find one of his shoes so he grabbed one of his friends . Still something isn't adding up .. Although he had been scraped up earlier when he went on an ATV ride with his buddies and they all wrecked ,he survived ...To me it's odd why his teeth were found next to the body ...

He went on a walk after getting into an argument with his supposed girlfriend. My suspicion is that another man was romantically involved with the girlfriend. Whoever that is, committed this crime. Who did the girlfriend call after the argument? That man either drove up on Noah or drove past Noah to wait and ambush him. He likely had a baseball bat and he attacked Noah with jealous rage. Then he pulled his pants off to humiliate him and drove off.
I hope the cellphone companies kept everyone's gps and data in that town, especially at their party, and share it with the authorities. Perhaps they can analyze it all and put the pieces together to form a picture. Knowing that, someone should come forward before they get their door knocked on, because they will be on the way . . .
I’m telling you, this boy was beat with a baseball bat. I think he was messing with a girlfriend of someone at that party. They got caught and the jealous boyfriend went ballistic. The party goers know something. LE needs to keep at them every chance they get. Eventually, someone is gonna crack. This boy had all of his injuries on his upper body. None of his injuries were consistent with a car hitting him. Some of his teeth were even knocked out. Two different shoes were on his feet? That to me says someone grabbed the only shoes they could find in a hurry. Shoe were a requirement, because who’s gonna walk the streets barefoot? He’s nude but has his shorts folded next to his body? How can cops think this was anything other than a homicide? This poor kid deserves justice and so does his family.

It was definitely one of his " friends ", somebody he KNEW. The way the body is put on the road , naked , with somebody's shoe. Made to be embarrassed. It was personal . Somebody really hated that poor beautiful boy .

His cousin mentioned something to the effect of their local law enforcement wasn’t very forthcoming/helpful/open (my takeaways) and told them since it was a small town, it had to be handled thus & so…

I believe this was a cover-up for a hazing accident. In the footage from the party a girl slapped Noah & there was a guy w/a bat. I think something got out of hand & went horribly wrong w/the kids & then they tried to make it look like a car accident.

I get what was said about the unfortunate death of this young man. Then a banner headline appears that he was in an ATV accident. But earlier reports said he was found nude by the side of the road. That seems to me to indicate there was something suspicious about the death. I first thought maybe he got caught with another guys girlfriend and he was beaten up, but this expert said nothing of that fact. Why was he on the ATV nude, if that was true? It's not adding up?
