Did you used gasket sealant due to the reuse of the old gasket?
Otherwise next time it will be a big cleaning job I’d imagine.

it should be 7.5mm internal 10.5 external

Is the 640 just like the 625

i think they are the same... my 1999 640 was actually 625cc, my 2003 is 625 and i think the same motor
