Thank you, Mark Rutte, for being a solid leader who never wavers in sending out a message to all Europeans and allies that the west is united in countering against unwanted aggression from hostile adversaries. Both of you have done an excellent job and we wish Tony the best in his new life and we wish Mark great progress and courage in his job as Secretary General of NATO.

His dedication and detailed approach to helping solve seemingly intractable problems of warring states and combat international threats with careful and sensible words and actions is unparalleled in American and his legacy will be more than a footnote in world history.
Peace.. did that have something to do with not starting wars? even more with respecting the borders of neighbouring countries and the rule of inrternational law? just saying,, if all nations adhere to this, than peace becomes a reality.. giving in to bullies never resulted in peace ever..
Tell that to Putin. There would be no war except for what Russia does in trying to conquer nations in all directions, but especially Europe. Putin has interfered with American elections for well over a decade.
