I am a Strategy Consulting based business in korea
We are planning a ginger product. What are some products made of ginger overseas?
What will happen to the route I buy?
I'd like to you what you think 😊

Can we add mustard oil instead of neutral oil ??

I wouldn't recommend it as it has a strong flavor. But give it a try! Normally for infused oils, its better to use a neutral oil like rapeseed or canola, and just have the main ingredient shine.

What is neutral oil? Olive oil?

An oil that's not very strong in flavor. Rapeseed, sunflower, or vegetable oils are all good choices. Neutral oils also have a high smoke point, compared to other varieties.
