- This is my Rolex yacht-master 2 replica, what do you think of it ? Opinions on wearing fake / replica/ clone products
Please don’t be offended, I love the look of this watch but could not justify the price of a genuine one.
However that being said if I had a spare £15,000 I would have the genuine version as I’m not normally a fan of fake gear.
I own 3 Rolex watches, and I also own 3 replicas of the real ones I have at home. I wear the replicas to work and everyday stuff and wear the real ones on special occations.
Personally I don't see the point of wearing a fake watch unless you are intentionally trying to pretend that you have got more money than you have. I'm sure that you could have bought a Citizen or Seiko that looked similar.
Very valid point, however I love the actual look of this watch and couldn’t find one that looked remotely similar
When people ask about the watch I’m honest and explain it’s a replica. I’m not the type of person who wants people to think they have more money than they actually do.
Cause you can't tell by the eye that it's a fake. Why spend 10k on a watch if you can have it for 500.... You can wear en tear that watch instead of being afraid that it's going to break

I got a super clone yacht master ii. The bezel turns both ways but it doesn’t turn all the way to set the regatta time. The lower button pushes but it doesn’t pop in and stick because my bezel doesn’t turn to 1. I’m trying to know if anyone has this problem with the super clone? If so let me know how you fix the bezel. Also the second hand doesn’t work but the regatta second hand is moving all day.
Unfortunately I don’t believe the super clones have the function to work as a genuine item does.
Mine is the same, buttons press but don’t do anything.
I can confirm, there are no YM2 replicas with a functional regatta minute hand. These all use the A7750 movement that has a standard chrono function attached the large seconds hand. The regatta minutes hand is mounted stationary and doesn't move.
I've heard there were some cheap copies that had a regatta minute hand the spun the full 360 (not 10 -> 0 and jump back to 10 like a real YM2) but no clue when/where those existed.
Invicta makes a very similar watch that is superior to that clone as do others so thats not much of a reason to buy it. There are also much better clones than you bought which will fool most people including some psuedo experts.. I happen to have one.. I simply don't care what anyone else thinks. I bought it as a throw away for a very specific situation should it arise and in that situation I will absolutely pass it off as real with no hesitation or guilt. however, I do sometimes wear it out and when commented on, I allow them to believe its real. I wont lie about it but im not going to correct them either. In a social setting is it any less honest than spanks?

This watch is Mickey Mouse version. Wouldn't pay $1 for that. Put them side by side and it would be laughable.
