I can confirm, there are no YM2 replicas with a functional regatta minute hand. These all use the A7750 movement that has a standard chrono function attached the large seconds hand. The regatta minutes hand is mounted stationary and doesn't move. I've heard there were some cheap copies that had a regatta minute hand the spun the full 360 (not 10 -> 0 and jump back to 10 like a real YM2) but no clue when/where those existed.

Hi, sorry for the late reply as I have been away for work. The cord hook is a little fiddly to remove, if you look inside you will see a little lug that needs to be released after the screw is removed . Again quite fiddly. Hope this helps

Hi, it depends on what’s actually wrong with it to be honest. If it’s the same issues as mine then I don’t have an issue fixing it. If it’s not I wouldn’t take it on sorry.

On the inside you will see a little lug that needs to be release. Use a small thin flat head screwdriver to release the lug ( can be very tight ) then pull the purple part away from the unit

Shark ( SharkNinja Massachusets) Should be thoroughly ashamed of themselves . The units are not meant or designed to be repaired , in fact they do their damnest to make it almost impossible . They rely on you just buying another one and throwing another load of plastic waste on the tip when it could , and should , be repaired. Look at the TH-cam video " How to fix a steam mop " by electronicsNmore . It's a fantastic video of the testing and repair of a Bissell steam mop .Bissell another American company based in Walker Michigan , but one that could be easily repaired . The Shark mop shown here cannot be tested and repaired in the same manner . Every electrical connector is buried in glue and impossible to disconnect and test / replace in the same manner as the Bissell . I repeat , Mr Rosenweig & Co at Shark should be ashamed of themselves . . .And don't blame the Chinese who manufacture them for Shark . They manufacture exactly what the customer has designed and tells them to and if they're told to make it unserviceable then that is what they do . . . The answer is in our own hands . If we keep buying several from them instead of one , they'll keep designing them to be thrown away and not repaired . Meaning less work for American service centres and more for foreign assembly workers . . . Oh , and more of your hard earned money for Mr Rosenweig .

Sounds like it’s still blocked as it’s surging for water to generate the steam, try so white vinegar in side the water chamber. Let it run in the sink until steam starts to come out then fill it back up with fresh water

Actually I did try it but I didn’t have the right tools so done deal, I ordered a new Bissell steam mop! I also tried white vinegar, nothing worked.

hi.just saw your comment and i through i might help.i had the same problem and nothing helped until i've poured descaling solution with watter and completley forgot about it 😂 for about 2 days.but today switched it on and works like a charm

Very valid point, however I love the actual look of this watch and couldn’t find one that looked remotely similar When people ask about the watch I’m honest and explain it’s a replica. I’m not the type of person who wants people to think they have more money than they actually do.

Hi, the tool required should have been a T10 torx driver, the tool I used near the cord is just a long P2 cross crew driver. I agree a voice over would have been a lot better however, I am new to these videos so still finding my feet, voice overs etc may indeed come at a later date. Thanks for the constructive feedback, it has been taken on board.

Hi, thank you for the comment, I had tried limescale remover and the like of white wine vinegar however the water where we live is far to hard for these so dismantling was needed for ours. Some clog worse than others though 😎 have a great day

Basically unlatching the lug that holds it in place, it’s quite fiddly to do and granted mines been off a few times so comes off easier now.

Having the same issue myself. Everything else came off relatively easy but i am completely stuck here

Ok so i actually managed to open it. Basically had to pry the 2 halves of the body apart until the red top came off. Not the best way to do it but it worked.

It is tight to do the first time, did cleaning the filter help fix your issue ?

Okay so I feel stupid. My model didn’t have a latch, there were two screws holding it in place that I overlooked. Was able to get the case right off after that

Hi, yeah sound like the same problem as the video, the heater is working but water isn’t getting to the heater to generate the steam Try cleaning the filter and go from there. Hope that helps

Yeah the purple / red part is a bit fiddly to get off, mines been off a few times now so does come off a lot easier than it used to. Glad it worked for you

The first time you take it off it is quite tight, mine has been off at least 10 times over the years. just persistence is key, if you look inside you will see the part that requires releasing

Sorry to hear that, I does just depend on exactly what’s what with your steam mop and how hard the water is in your area to be honest. This works for me every time.

The vinegar will get it steaming again. It worked for mine which didn't work from the get go.
