    Have one but haven't used it for years and years. Now that I stopped using the steroid inhalers for my asthma this is a good time to start using the salt inhaler again. I think the steroid was doing more harm than good. My lungs are slightly better now that I don't use the inhaler. Just have to get some fresh Himalayans salt. Hope it helps. Thanks. 🌺

    Himalayan salt is in plenty in my country. Let me try to make a inhaler similar to this.

      Awesome idea if you can refine the salt before you inhale it😊. They have spots to have halotherapy what's your breathing in tiny little particles of assault which obviously makes sense it works but this seems like you're just sucking air😢

    I just recently discovered the salt pipe as I have suffered from asthma for ten years. However it doesn’t say how much rock salt to put in to it.....do I put the whole bag?

    do i have to wash the ceramic after i using it? then refill it again with the salt that i used?

    • @estarat
      @estarat 3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      No. Keep it away from water as salt is hygroscopic. The salt should be replaced after a year of use.

      I hold mine upside down over the sink to wash the mouthpiece, then dry thoroughly outside and inside the mouthpiece, using a paper towel to absorb all moisture.

    I want to know if I am using it right, when I inhale with my mouth I dont feel any sort of taste, like no salt or anything, it is just plain. Is this normal? My breathing does feel lighter and nice but no taste what so ever.

      Yes, it is recommended. Make sure it's completely dry inside before adding the Himalayan Salt.

      Constantly...you breath in through mouth exhale through nose as demonstrated...every inhale through pipe for a minimum of 5 mins and 2-3 times a day if you feel it's required

    Do I inhale it like one does with steroid inhalers, meaning exhale air out of lungs & suck in deeply or just normal breath in?

  • @miabehrens5229

    When to replace the salt?
    There's really not much written about the use on the packet. If you sell to people who have very limited internet use or none if it is a gift if a relative, there needs to be more information with the inhaler. As the propper use information provided is none
