Honestly, your thumbnail pic says it all. The Dream and the Fantasy are my favorite ships. I'm not saying that cruising Disney is perfect, but there's something about those ships. As soon as I hear the Disney music playing around the ship, I think to myself, " I am yours my mouse overlord!"

Really? I didn't know that you were one of those people who prefer the newer ship over the classics... But you're right, boarding a Disney Cruise has a different kind of magic that other ships don't have. I still can't explain it

@Good Morning Adventures I enjoy all of the Disney ships, but the truth is that I consider the Dream/Fantasy above the older, more quaint, ships. The Wish , even though newest, is my least.

Hopefully embarkation day experience at lunch is a fluke. I did have concierge lunch unexpected wait. I blamed it on first day chaos. Glad to see these videos rolling out and glad the 60 second video is back.

I'd be willing to bet the "plant based" ice cream has something like honey in it which would technically make it non-vegan, but still plant based with oat/nut based milk. As someone who is badly lactose intolerant, it's nice to know I would have options that wouldn't leave me in the bathroom for 2 hours :)

I LOVE that you mentioned the Pilot's role and recommended folks do some research on them! Their job is so important and I've never seen anyone else cover it! Those ladders are TERRIFYING. I have to climb them for work and if you're not used to it, it is truly terrifying (even if you are used to it, but don't use them daily, it's terrifying!). The rungs are so far apart, especially for shorter folks!

I know my fear of heights would make it impossible for me to reliably climb a latter, especially on a ship that's moving with the water right below.

@@GoodMorningAdventures I don't recommend it! It requires both upper body, lower body, and grip strength! I keep saying I need to work on the upper body and grip strength...and yet I never end up focusing on that.

Thank you for watching! We want to go on the Magic so badly, I'm Jealous! The ground transportation tip is true. We initially didn't get the arrival time we wanted, but when we added a Disney Transfer to the port, we were able to go back and select an earlier time. It happened for this sailing, and we it happened when we did the Fantasy last year. We're pretty confident on it being true, or we got really lucky twice.

I like to attend the MDR embarkation day lunch. It’s a relaxing start to the cruise. I am curious, did you submit your food allergy needs ahead of time on the online special requests form? I’m sorry the lunch service wasn’t up to par this time.

We did submit our food allergy needs ahead of time through the form, but I feel like it doesn't make a difference since they always have to alert servers of our allergies anyways.
