This video really helped ne because my daughter has pg tryouts today and this is realy tight on her and it stays right in the whole time!👏wish her luck
I have personally never seen a kid her age with such a bun for ballet. Most young dancers have far messier hair and I personally have not been able to master my bun until this year when I saw this video. Thank you for this tutorial and thank you for making your daughter’s hair look very presentable and appropriate for her class! Edit: this tutorial is hands down the most helpful bun tutorial on TH-cam for me, and this is coming from someone with VERY curly hair. I always get compliments from my friends about my bun “how do you do your hair so well?” “Your hair always looks great” even from my relatively strict teacher “your hair is very neat and flat” Another edit: yay! I gave the vid it’s 400th like (you deserve way more credit for this beautiful hair)
Hi, I make the cinnamon like this, just without the hair tie and mostly with one strand only. Have you already tried spin pins? They work great in the Cinnamon Bun or other spiral buns too. Then you wouldn't need so many u-pins. regards Fornarina
Thank you for this. Saved this ballet dad a lot of experimentation.
Very helpful tutorial. More so than many others out there!
That's a really smart idea to combine the two tails at the end and twist them together.
This is the best ballet bun tutorial I've ever seen. This is so tight and I can stay with this whole da
this video REALLY helped me out because my bun always looked like an ice cream
i love dance I know right!
That's an impressive bun.
Thank you, this was very clear and easy to follow!
Exactly how I do my bun! Mines more Balanchine style since it’s higher up on my head but I do this same technique.

Very nice and proper tutorial for a ballet bun
Unfortunately I can’t use this tutorial for my performance bun.
I’ll use it next show!
Great video! I love this style of bun, but I can never do it on my own hair
