This contest is a birthground for creativity and effort, absolute highlight of 2.2 so early in it's lifecycle is not something any of us exoected. Entry after entry is a jaw dropper and I honestly suggest making ncs gauntlet and ncs gauntlet runner up, quality is so incredibly high that this needs more recognition and to be featured in game prominently, literally a selling point for the app
Holy freaking heck almighty, I hope this wins the final level in that gauntlet. This is one of the coolest GD levels I have ever seen, no exaggerating. The use of effects, the music execution, design and details, all of it is amazing. That wave part and the rainbow TV screen were my favorite parts! The gameplay looks like it could be... annoying, but it's probably worth it, and easy enough to practice a few times. I almost never watch GD level videos twice, but I'm watching this one twice. I've been a Kira9999 fan since before Poolrooms. Glad to see yet another Kira9999 banger. Also the 3D part at the start is so cool, and once you get to understand it, it's actually really fun to play.
I absolutely loved this level but I did NOT expect it to get so high in the contest and then it even got a mythic rating. I'm absolutely overjoyed, this is a masterpiece.
Even though there are many incredible entries, this is one that stands out, especially for this crazy intro with the frontal gameplay and for some of the awesome looking visuals throughout the level. I'm personally not really into hard style techno music but I honestly wouldn't know how the visuals and everything could be more fitting than this. Original and incredibly well executed. Fantastic work!

In all honesty, this contest pushed the limits of gd. All of the entries are amazing. The fact that the guidelines were very loose definitely was a good move, as without a specific thing they have to make people can make bangers
i hope im not too late to comment but this level blew my mind when it came out and then some, i never expected kira of all people to drop the most insane entry of all of them
Personally, I find this level super cool and fun to play. Funnily enough though, the worst part in my opinion might be the most stunning one visually at the same time (the 3d part) Either way, this level is AMAZING. Kira did an amazing job on this!
the first part is only hard because it's pseudo 3d and not actually 3d so people who rely on depth perception get screwed it does get mostly consistent after a few hundred attempts (I rebeat this level like 7 times now)
Don't get me wrong, the level looks visually stunning, and it's arguably one of the best works that 2.2 has enabled players to do this far. But i just have to say that 2.2 levels have gotten significantly worse to play. We've gotten to a point where most creators are now sacrificing being able to understand the gameplay and enjoy it for what it feels like for making the level look visually appealing so that they can say "Look, this youtuber showcased my level in 4k 60fps, and it got so many views". This wouldn't be much of an issue, if it wasn't for the fact that this is a level that's featured in a gauntlet, where close to 100% of players will play if they ever want to complete everything the main game has to offer. It creates a very obvious barrier for low-end device players that can't play the level even with a LDM on. Anyways, just a thought i wanted to get out there
The difference between this and Ber Zer Ker Is Ber Zer Ker is bad (gameplay slapped on top of unrelated deco), while this is intentionally difficult Without all the deco, the level would be free
All I knew going into this was the thumbnail you made for the video, and even that couldn't prepare me for what I was about to play. The 3D part got on my nerves a bit at first so I decided to keep going for the level in practice and from that moment onward I slowly realized this would become one of my favorite levels to come out of this update. I don't care that it's flawed. I don't care that its barely readable or laggy at times. I think it deserves to be in the gauntlets. One of the most brutally beautiful levels from this game.
@charmmosu Yes, I agree that it fits it well, however, that doesn't change the playing experience for me. I know that it's your opinion that the part is the best, but I personally feel like that's a bit farfetched. There are so many great parts in levels like White Space, Crazy III, Lonely Travel or even some other NCS levels like I See Stars I would easily put above this. But that's just my opinion of course. :)
Not to mention but, this level is actually based on a true cpmputer virus, Wannacry. But I'm not sure if the creepy face in the level is also based on the computer virus, or maybe it's just an original logo by the creators.
The song really represent the chaotic and epic vibes of this level really well tbh, especially on the wave part drop, it honestly can enter the chaos gauntlet too lol
There's 2 minor nitpicks I have, one of which is fair and shared by a lot of people, and one of which is a stretch that's just a me thing: 1) The gameplay in the first 3D part is obnoxious. I wish it wasn't, but it's just so much worse to play than the rest of the level. But it can be worked around 2) During the part where the guy's giant head is pulling a CraZy III on the left side of the screen, it looks a tiny bit messier than the rest of the level, in particular the purple flame stuff around the bottom. If they were a darker shade I think it might feel more sinister and intimidating, like the song and theme. Which isn't to say it's entirely bad, I just think the rest of the level managed to hold its appearance up ever better. Also with the blank blocks and stuff, I can't tell if that was a stylistic choice or if it was a rush to get the level out in time for the contest. Nothing atrocious by any means, but it does just pull me ever so slightly out of the trance this level has whenever I see it. Absolutely nothing strong enough for me to actively dislike the level, however.
The song reminds me of PAIN - Party in my Head. You all have to listen to it so you could know what I'm talking about. Insane level. Community cooked in this contest. I think this one should've won the contest but ok

@@NitroForever-e1h the hardest difficulty that could be in the gauntlet was easy demon. METAMORPHOSIS was rated medium so it didn't qualify
