Anyone: breathes Shawn: "Theme Park Worldwide on TH-cam check it out!" Got to love a good wooden coaster. Megafobia is my favourite ride I have been on (although limited to wild mice, family coasters and the flats at Folly Farm and Oakwood).
Me and my friends had a French trip to parc Astérix and it was amazing. We were there for a day but managed to get in some of the major rides and even mazes. But I remember when I went on this one (sitting near the back) of my friends who was sitting in front of me and another mate got some pretty bad whiplash from this, and it was hilarious. Definitely one of the best woodie’s out there.
Here are some happy news in those times for chinese theme park visitors: After being closed for more than three months, Shanghai Disneyland has reached the next stage in the roadmap to opening. The Shanghai Disneyland Hotel, Disneytown and Wishing Star Park previously opened under strict conditions. For example, the temperature of each visitor is measured and mouth masks are mandatory. It seems that an opening for the park itself is now approaching. Since last week shows and parades have been rehearsed again and cast members are preparing for a reopening. Recently, tests have also started with the first test guests, who have already gone through procedures that will be necessary to enter the park. It is not yet clear when the park will be open to everyone again.
Great POV! Could I please use this footage in a ranking video I am working on? I will provide you with full credit for the footage and include a link back in the description. I'm glad this ride is getting TLC.
This reminds me of wicker man i really miss alton towers thanks again for these videos sean much appreciated keeping us happy your ya best TH-camr for Theme parks
Apparently, the ride will be receiving a thorough re-track in the off-season by Gravity Group, which will include re-profiling the ride and removing the helix. Also, the ride is said to be receiving Timberliner trains. :)
Want to go next year where I should hopefully hit 250 coasters on Toutatis! If I want to get a night ride on this, is it best to go in October or are there other late opening times through the year? I did a night right on Beast and it was one of the best experiences ever, who knows this could top that as it looks similar
I am a die hard CCI fan, and my main fear is that this will someday get the RMC treatment since Robin Hood got it. This looks like such a fun ride, like if Tremors and Rampage had a baby.
It's getting a full retracking and reprofiling by the Gravity Group (oh yeah and Timberliners) so you don't have to worry about this getting the darned RMC conversion

Amazing ride, the first drop never gets old
Kinda rough but incredibly fun. The "spaghetti bowl double helix" section has some great laterals. And overall some good pops of airtime.
AzertyGames rough like Birmingham?

Looks like a cool woodie. I like it a lot more when these trains are used on the woodies rather then the old Din shopping carts.
Best coaster at Parc Asterix for me! Still love it, even it got rougher over time! :)
It sure is epic!
This looks like a rly fun woodie! I literally wanna go on a roller coaster so badly rn

The layout looks like a total blast, but right now, this looks like a punishing ride.
It sure is an epic coaster!
A proper good old school rattly far from smooth Woodie. Just like they should be. Long good ride as well :)

Amazing woodie
Let's Hope the Corona virus goes away and so we can ride the wooden giants
That coaster is like the EverReady battery Bunny....keeps going...and going...and going...and going.. 🙂
It sure is epic!
Looks like a back breaker 😂 I'd still go on tho

It’ll be interesting to see, hopefully it’s an improvement rather than taking away from the experience!
Looks like a wooden coaster i built in roller coaster tycoon!

Thanks for the heart - I'm getting my 200th on ZADRA in 1 week btw.. can't wait...

I leave at 1h of the parc, and this year the coaster was retrak again, but the parc is closed I can't test the retrack...
These wooden coasters scare me more than the gigantic newer ones. These pretty much always beat the crap out of you and the wood looks so sketchy.
this Coaster is in retrack ( first part finish ) and new train come soon
if only you could feel it
Them wheels need a bit of oil! lol
i hope it will be finished in 2022
This looks so much like Megaphobia @ Oakwood
Lewis Foster I would say this turns a lot more but I can see some resemblance, after all they are both CCI roller coasters
@@user-yn1bd4yf3h Didn't even know that, they just look similar 😄👍🏻
Sounds like it needs the track greases
Is this a clone of Shambhala?
This is a wooden roller coaster, Shambhala is steel!
Jell theme Park world wide
