It's because paultons can focus on the actual park meanwhile merlin are trying to see where they can build another legoland and blackpool are too focused on hot ice.
It already is without the 2025 and 2026 additions, the park is world class and loved by its owners and you can see that from every part of the parks detail
You should give Charlotte a camera. And when you are filming a ride she could be filming like a gift shop or maybe some snacks or something that we don't normally get to see. Just a thought. Another great video guys

A launch coaster would be an awesome fit I think, something from Mack or Vekoma, couple of inversions maybe, some airtime as well. It's certainly a big enough plot!

We went to paultons park for the first time this year it’s unbelievable family park so so clean staff are amazing it’s by far the best theme park in the uk maybe not for thrill seekers but over haul it’s unbelievable park and if they roller coaster was in Alton towers or Blackpool everyone would be calling it one of the best in the country it’s a great theme park
Paultons is such an underrated park, it may not have massive thrilling rides but what it does have is great themed areas and is one of the best looked after parks within the UK. Really excited to see their future developments.
I'm sticking to my opinion that Paultons Park is one of the top tier parks in the UK. Just the overall experience is so lovely here. In terms of the vibe around the park I'm convinced this park might be even better than Thorpe Park and Alton Towers. And they prove it again with how their Halloweendecorations are displayed. I love it!
I haven't been to paultons since lockdown but I loved it. It built me up to doing bigger coasters and was always amazing. Hope you guys had a great day.
Good to see Charlotte again. Hope her back issue isn't too serious and she will be riding again soon. I have hopes by the time you go on your last Disney trip. Has to be hard for her to sit out. On your other Channel I would actually love to see her or you and her do some baking or cooking videos of your favorite things including seasonal/Holiday ones. Those are adventures also😀! I wonder what they do with the pumpkins after Halloween? If you have local zoos some may go there. Very nice park! Looks like a nice day was had!
Paultons Park is such an amazing UK theme park, with all the incredible presentation and theming that they have. Also, their Halloween decorations are absolutely incredible! 🎡🎠🎠🎢🎢🎢🍂🍂🍁🍁🍁🎃🎃🎃👻👻😍😍😍😍🤩🤩🤩👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 As for what I could see come to the park in the next few years, we could see the addition of a hotel, an Intamin Hot Racer coaster, a re-theme of Sky Swinger to fit in with the theme of the Lost Kingdom area, the replacement of the Cat-O-Pilar Coaster with a Zierer Force coaster (this would be a new version of the current coaster) and a rapids ride similar to Dolina Jagi at Legendia. I'm excited to see what comes to the park in the next few years, and I bet that it’s gonna be cool!
Hope they bring back Captain Blood's Cavern ~ 1985, it was absolutely terrifying, the sponge floor, the spooky Mermaid brushing her hair in the mirror and the pirate that opened his jacket revealing all his guts. Good old days when it was a "HOOT HOOT" at Paultons Park.

Strangely paultons park is my local park visited it first time last year since I was a kid and I was impressed how well the park looks they definitely look after the park you can tell by looking around something merlin I wish would take note
i think maybe a vekoma launch coaster! they could make it not to thrilling but feature launches inversions and a long layout it would really fit! plus a think a water coaster to replace the log flume and fit with viking theme! they’ve certainly got the space in that area! Another great vlog like always love the videos you and charlotte are the best!
first time at paultons on 20th it was amazing i loved most was walk ons or most 15mins look my 2 neices and parents we all loved it 1 of the best uk theme parks by far
Whilst I personally do not participate in Halloween (too scared 😉) ‘hats-off’ to Poulton’s Park for this year’s event. They are certainly giving the bigger players a run for their money, awesome indeed. Potentially controversial…….a family woodie (something akin to Wicker Man size etc) would have been my pick. That said, I can completely see why a coaster with inversions would be Poulton’s next option. Vekoma STC perhaps? Great vlog TPW, great to see you in the parks again Charlotte 👍🎢
Ah my mother in law used to live half an hour from Paultons so we used to go a lot but haven’t been for a few years. Desperate to get back there, they’ve always really done well with the Halloween decor but this year they seem to have really upped their game even more!
Dragon roundabout closes on November 4th and is being relocated to hayling island funland. The owner was in yesterday checking out the ride before they move it. Also raging river log flume isn't closed for maintenance. It says so on the website but its permanently closed with it most likely being sold as it was on a used ride website a few months ago. The station has been completely ripped up along with other mechanical parts. It will not be reopening at the park.
It’s sad seeing those rides close but in the end they’ve had the time at Paultons and it makes room for new expansions! I was lucky enough to ride the log flume before it was closed for good. I hope closing these rides gets Paultons even more budget for the new area in 2026! Sorry if u thought this was Tpw
Paultons park has a major expansion plan in place for the next 5 to 10 years although details are secret for now but could include new food and restrooms and update or removal of some older rides either way looking good for them they have a plan unlike some parks.
Like AltonTowers i guess height restrictions are in place for the Tree heights .. Just Dig down , Build the coaster below ground level and have the 'Lift Hill' as the accent to the top ?
There’s rumours that they’re planning on building a hotel, so I imagine they’ll be building one around the new area too. They put in a license for Paultons Park Resort. Plus they could be adding a new coaster with their first inversion.

Paultons Park through the 2010s and 2020s has rapidly caught up with Merlin's theme parks (which are very well established, but with the downside of being around long enough to become visibly a bit run down with old rides or developed a reputation with cutting corners with amenities).
an amazing thing about pualtons is that if you go on the biiger rides in the eavning they are often alot faster and you can ride them mutipul times i did this yesterday and went round flught of the ptersaur 3 times velocirapter 4 times and cobra 3 times and it was ALOT faster
I litrally cant understand how they are doing such a better job than merlin in terms of: - ride up time -park mainteance -park upkeep and sceneary -entertainment -cleanliness -queue length -cost in all the main areas Paultons wipes the floor with Merlin. how can they charge a little less, have less queues and better facilities yet still clearly make decent profit to allow them to expand in such a major way. What ever they are doing I hope they keep doing it. I can understand if its a family business then the mangement is really working hard. but how do they motivate the regular staff to be so keen. I remeber seening the cleaners coming around after the show and they were all doing an amazing efficinet job. although it may not have all the best rides its the best run park in the UK bar none and its got a great feel to the place. and if they keep expanding then eventually they will have the best rides too. Hats off to them. good job guys
In regards to Magma, what I've always thought would be amazing is if they moved that over to Lost Kingdom. I don't know where, but it would fit so much better in that area than just in the beginning bit in my humble opinion
It's a shame they already have the boomerang and the family suspended, the STC + boomerang package would be perfect for that park. A launched Gerstlauer Infinity like Karacho at Tripsdrill could be cool. Thrilling but not too extreme.

The minor things are ignored because merlin want more money basically but blackpool doesn't have an excuse. paultons cares about its customers
And final point, they don't care about world firsts.

Raging River has closed for good! It was listed online for sale a few months ago so it's time at the park has come to an end after 25 years :)
