Sir can TA officers apply for permanent Commission in indian Army ?
First to get Short Service commission ( two yr TA Service with recommendations of CO) then may be considered for PC.
And that 2 year embodied service must be before 30 years of age.

I can feel pain of aspirants for TA , but recruitment in TA is under big transformation as a policy matter. So try in other jobs too.
