Guys, he's not breaking character by laughing. It's part of his character that he has to let out his immense power in small doses of laughter, often at very inconvenient times when he needs to look stoic and unbreakable. If he doesn't do this, it gets too powerful even for him to handle, and he risks becoming Dark Chosen again.
Wow, thank you for enlightening us with this information. I had no idea that this was the truth behind those bits of laughter. I am not as well versed in the history of the Chosen as you are.

Kirby and the Forgotten Land is considered one of the hardest video games ever made, but the Chosen makes it look like it's just a game for kids.
my favorite thing about this video already is that the chosen looks like he just got off his shift from a store at the mall and spencer looks like his dad who came to pick him up.
Nobody can resist Kirby's wholesome charm. Even the Chosen can't help but laugh and grin.

All Kirby games start off kiddie and get nightmarish. I mean the original villain is literally called NIghtmare.

This is one of my FAVORITE videos! Them laughing made me laugh as well. I had to replay so many parts of the video just so I can focus on both the guys and the game itself. Top tier video. 20/10 would recommend.
