I suppose I will have to content myself with the fact that he probably saw what was happening from the afterlife.
The truth is we got to see them all do it basically. The true genius of the way Oda had things go down is that first Orochi was beheaded by Kaido in betrayal, then when the samurai saw him in the hallway they basically chopped off his heads unceremoniously and ignored him saying he wasn't important, only in the end to die by the people who had hid in front of him.

Indeed, this is quite satisfying and yet in a sense bittersweet. By the time Orochi was finally killed, a part of me was hoping that he would live to see Kaido be defeated first. Orochi himself has never been the real threat, he was a bug that was useful for Kaido to install as a puppet ruler, it is Kaido who put the crown on his head, and Kaido who kept him on his throne. When Kaido had no use for him, he had no hesitation in cutting him down and showing how little real power Orochi himself held. Even after surviving Orochi decided to resort to arson because he still knew even in his madness that Kaido was too powerful to fight directly. It would have been nice for him to see the source of his power fall and witness his reaction, but I suppose it doesn't matter in the end. I can imagine his reaction in the afterlife.
