@@truss6282 Bingo. These people FOMOing into $80,000 boats and $400,000 homes barely making 6 figures, and sometimes even less is just wild. Gonna be a lot of economic pain when unemployment doubles next year.
That's the same question I'm struggling with too. They're both very similar in layout, options, specs. And price. I'd like to hear an unbiased opinion of build quality and service experience. I also am considering the Sea Pro 248 Bay.
R H that’s the same dilemma I faced and I as well had those three as my final choice. I owned a 2005 Seapro 2100 Bay boat and wanted to get back into the brand. After carefully comparing all three at the Miami Boat Show in February I decided to go with the Robalo 226 Cayman. For a mid tier boat the finish surpasses the Seapro. The Sportsman makes a nice comparable boat, but a friend of mine went with the Robalo and he absolutely loves it. He helped me make up my mind. Also the Robalo is a little heavier and does well on good days off shore. Good luck!
@@hawknews8503 yep. The new Cayman 226's have some nice refinements over previous years too. Like bow seating and the rod lockers open forward as opposed to side to side. I'm leaning towards the Cayman as well.
MSRP $39,900 with motor haha. Man I miss those prices. What's this go for now, $64,500?
Didn't your wages triple over the last few years to keep up with this inflation?

i priced this boat today with a 250 and simrad. they said $91,000 out the door. crazy!
Robalo really stepping up in the game!!
Can you take this on quick runs offshore for species like mahi mahi and tuna on calmer days or does it just mean going out to the kelp beds?
When I get a boat it's this
Love it
You should do pathfinder boats!
