There are very few country bumpkin towns where $25k is enough of a downpayment to buy a house without incurring a fee that would take years to pay off. We saw it today. We were curious to make the comparison on how Former President Trump was treated and how Kamala would be treated today. Although the young journalists were careful with their questions they did press VP Harris with questions and again we received no answers from the VP. She skirted all questions and gave no substantive answers. She was nervous, she belittled the journalists and audience and when it was time to end and after shaking the hands of the interviewers, she turned around sharply, did not look at the audience which was small in numbers raising her hand as a wave goodbye but we interpreted that act as a “I’m done and out of here” gesture. We are no clearer of how she is going to do things today than we were yesterday. She has said that her values remain the same and we believe that to be true.

I haven't heard one thing about people who are Social Security. My husband and I saved every penny we could to buy our first home. We used a huge chunk of my husband's retirement to pay cash for the house I now live in. We did it so that if something happened to one of us the house would be paid for. So I have a problem with taxes I have to pay on SS going to pay for someone's house down payments.

Once it is passed everyone will pretend like the issue is fixed and not talk about it anymore. About 5-6000 people come through ports of entry every day. The border bill put the cap on 5000 allowed entries per day. So of course the truth is in the details not in the rhetoric from democrats before an election.

I give the right and far right credit for getting in line to criticize. It further exemplifies how we Democrats and liberals have allowed conservatives and Republicans to falsely 🎉define who we are. The truth is, no one person or one party has all the answers. Neither candidate is perfect. I share concerns about the way politicians answer questions with scripted responses that may not really answer the question that is asked.

Kamala Harris has better contact with reality, better judgment, and greater love for our country than Trump.
She will stand up for our rights, recognize and prioritize the problems we face, and strive to work with others to come up with bipartisan solutions, when possible.
We can tolerate the word salads. We put up with them from Trump all the time. At least hers are not an attempt to mislead us.

We saw it today. We were curious to make the comparison on how Former President Trump was treated and how Kamala would be treated today. Although the young journalists were careful with their questions they did press VP Harris with questions and again we received no answers from the VP. She skirted all questions and gave no substantive answers. She was nervous, she belittled the journalists and audience and when it was time to end and after shaking the hands of the interviewers, she turned around sharply, did not look at the audience which was small in numbers raising her hand as a wave goodbye but we interpreted that act as a “I’m done and out of here” gesture. We are no clearer of how she is going to do things today than we were yesterday. She has said that her values remain the same and we believe that to be true.

I haven't heard one thing about people who are Social Security. My husband and I saved every penny we could to buy our first home. We used a huge chunk of my husband's retirement to pay cash for the house I now live in. We did it so that if something happened to one of us the house would be paid for. So I have a problem with taxes I have to pay on SS going to pay for someone's house down payments.
