I agree we need to start tune... But not sure we have the weapons to make him shine like Purdy did. Also, as much as I am excited about this coaching staff, it's TBD if we have a Shanahan on our hands. But we are definitely in a position to tinker and try out things this year.
As a Niners fan i think the cards should definitely start or at least give the kid a chace. I think of the Cardinals and 49ers like brothers. I always respected the Cardinals way more then Seattle and the Rams. A good example is when the Cardinals allowed the Niners to play in Glendale when the air quality from all the fires made it impossible to play in Santa Clara.
It sure looks like the Cards are putting Tune in position to be successful. The Dobbs trade was a vote of confidence for Tune. IF... (and it's a big if), if the Cards move for WR talent with their top pick (like Marvin Harrison Jr) instead of another QB, Tune is the future. If they go QB, they see him as a JAG. We'll see.
With Mcoy gone, Tune will likely be the starter, with Dobbs taking some of the snaps as. Arcs are actively working to trade or cut Murray, who’s a proven dud.
