When my husband passed away from cancer in 2007, we had a revocable living trust. Best thing we could have done. Going to do the same thing soon as to cover my grown kids and grandkids. My husband and I established a living trust, one for each of us. We went to the bank to change our joint bank accounts in the name of the trust, but this could not be done because we each have our own trust and the bank accounts are joint.
