Nike has released the Tiempo 10, and for the second time in its history, it has been made with no leather. Instead they have opted for a synthetic leather called FlyTouch Plus.

Thanks! We love the new Tiempo's and feel they are going in the right direction with the synthetic leather. We do however miss that padded feel you had with the leather you got on the Nike Tiempo 9's. The Tiempo 10's almost give you a comfortable speed boot feel.

Fake leather is junk compared with real leather.real leather most likely will hold up much better then that senthetic garbage ever will.fake leather will chap your feet .fake leather always does that to my feet if it's not made of real leather I don't want it .fake leather will hold in the sweat real leather will evaporate the sweat.

I was an avid Tiempo wearer until the 10s came out. Nike ruined the legacy of the Tiempo line with this synthetic replacement under the guise of 🦘 cruelty. It's a simple cost-cutting measure using clever marketing. They even retail for the similar price which is crazy!

it isnt a tiempo if it isnt leather. you cant take the meat out of a hamburger and call it a hamburger or the cheese off a grilled cheese and still call it a grilled cheese. i dont know what it is but they better change the name before i take legal action thats for sure.
