I found the Beta Ray Bill figures at Walmart yesterday and my Walmart is slow on getting new figures in so I was like, “Wait the wave’s out? But Shartimus hasn’t even reviewed them yet!” Love your stuff, my man. Keep it up!

Lorna Dane (Polaris) is the youngest daughter of Magneto and she’s in love with Cyclops’s brother, Havok. Wanda marries Vision and with her hex powers she creates her sons Tommy and Billy as for Quicksilver he had fling with the Inhuman known as Crystal.
Loving the quicksilver but i hope we get an individual release for him maybe with the green suit because we already have gotten 3 magneto 3 scarlet witch so its fair for Quicksilver
I think the lame head sculpt is supposed to be reminiscent of the The Uncanny X-Men Magneto Toy Biz Figure w/ Magnetic Hands & Chest. The first real toy appearance from the 90s. So I'm not upset. Not displaying it with that head anyway.
*Scarlet witch looks great but idk about magneto and quick silver. Their heads just look way too big for their bodies. Much prefer the black costumed magneto.*

Just tried the helmet swap with the apocalypse wave magneto head that's floating around and it works great! highly recommend it, much better figure as a result imo
I don't rly like the old Wanda with the new Wanda head because the old Wanda is a more classic comic book style while the new one is a more realistic modern one, so they don't match too much for me.
I was only going to pick up the Scarlet Witch on the aftermarket, but thanks to this video, and the greatest rating system ever created, I'll be ordering the set when I can fit it in the budget.
The new Scarlet Witch looks great. I'm disappointed with the other two though. I actually prefer the old Quicksilver. The new face sculpt and hair seem so generic (also does he look old?). If the new head was by itself, I wouldn't recognize it as Quicksilver. I like that the old one gives him the hairstyle he usually has in the comics. Magneto's helmet seems a little too big on top and too short on the bottom as you can see some of his actual head on the lower sides of the helmet. The overall build of this Magneto seems too scrawny for the Jim Lee look and the faces that come with this are, IMO, not nearly as good as the Toybiz face. The helmetless head that came with the black Magneto looks good though.
Great review as always Shart! I love this set man, all three!! I've never had a figure of Magneto or Quicksilver at this scale, and that they're this fun is all the better. I don't give a flying turd what Marvel Comics does now with their hyper excessive retconing BS; Wanda and Pietro will always be the children of Magneto to me.
We work hard for our money, one of my stress relievers is collecting once and awhile, an alternate head for jubilee, 2 alternate heads for nightcrawler, Hasbro should have an online vote as to what the fans, and collectors would like as to alternate heads, and whatever within reason

Why does Magneto always have effects parts that looks like something from Mysterio but purple? I thought he controlled metal, not purple magic. I also am a fan of him I just started tho so idk a lot about him
Scott Anthony hard to not be negative when hasbro continues releasing subpar lazy figures. They do make a good amount of good figures but in between there’s always gonna be the filler figures that they use to shove out more waves and get more money by reusing molds and being lazy. It’s just how they do business.

@@StillSymbiotic its mostly my ankle pivots and hand articulated joints. i equip gear to my figure for my stopmotions (check them out in my channel, trying to hit 200 subs by the end of august haha) so they seem to get really loose. i do poses on my stands and for some reason i think it keeps getting looser and looser.
I love this pack, but it's not flawless. I feel like Quicksilver's head is a tad too big and the they should have kept Magneto's U piece on his helmet read like it is in most of the artwork. Other than those, they are all amazzing figures. It's so nice to finally have a Magneto that doesn't suck ass.

The Odin wave one looked like she was autistic. It was too big and the eyes are too far apart. It does look way better than the toybiz one though.

I just tried it and yeah they fit on Iceman but the colors don't match up. Iceman is semi-translucent and the Quicksilver hands are opaque
