@@Sdm1990 yes shrusti I got my registration renewal, You have to download the formate of undertaking from mmc site & print it on your prescription letter head and upload it.
I have the same question, also not able to login. I guess will have to call the MMC as I have only a month left to renew it and I wasn’t aware about the cme concept in detail.
@@user-in505 I had enquired t mmc, there are some pointers for doing PG and also you can score it by attending online cme webinars or workshops at your place. Post Covid there’s seldom any cme points webinar as I checked their website
Madam, other than photo, no other document upload requirement was shown when I had done renewal for myself as shown in this video. For me, no other verification of documents was required to complete the process. It was full online.

I did not have to submit anything after I did the process which I recorded and compiled into this video. The renewal happened fully online. You may have to call your local IMA branch or MMC office
Actually I could not log in after online renewal ( probably due to sms number blocked ) so do not know whether you can get online or not. But you may log in and see if you could access soft copy of MMC new registration certificate

Undertaking means that ur cme points are less then required
And u have to undertake that u will collect the remaining cme points within next 1 yr

The council of the state may post the renewal certificate to your submitted address on completion of the stipulated time duration of renewal
