It was indeed a very meaningful song. Bobby's family had a hard time in Korea forcing them to migrate to Virginia USA where there's more opportunity for them, but Bobby knew how much her mother misses home. He was 15 yrs old when he went to Korea on his own having the goal to get famous, earn money, and buy her mom a house in Korea. He was the youngest in their family and is treated like a baby by his mother but he was able to live on his own for 3 yrs without seeing his family, after that 3 yrs, his company let him visit his family in US for a week and get back to training again. He went through 3 survival shows with rigorous competition before he even debut, and one of the shows was Show Me The Money3 which is a famous rap battle show and idol rappers we're prejudiced to be just looks and no enough skills. Bobby though proved them wrong and became the only idol rapper to win show me the money, lots of idols then joined show me the money after Bobby, thus he was called King of the Youth. After he debuted with ikon in 2015, he was sent to Japan and other countries where ikon toured for almost 2 yrs. His family was able to be back in Korea but he doesn't get to be with them. He released this song on 2017 with the album Love and Fall and all the songs were made by him, this tells how he felt like he grew up so fast and didn't get to really enjoy his teenage yrs coz he assumed a big responsibility. He achieved his childhood dream and fought hard for it and he just realized that He's a grown up now. The MV even feutured him holding his pooh Teddybear which he can't sleep without, it was his ever since he was a baby and seems like he don't wanna let go yet of his childhood but it's too late. I know I'm a little bit late for this comment but I gotta say you literally summed up his life since childhood till now and it's amazing. I'm a fan since 2016 actually, but I knew them since debut and I knew a few songs because my friend was a big fan. I also watched WIN and M&M around 2015/16 (kinda late) so I kinda can say I'm with them since debut. The saddest thing for me was that YG shipped them of to Japan to tour A LOT and that's one of the reasons why they couldn't have a big fanbase in Korea in the begining, they literally lost a lot of korean fans... I wasn't hearing a lot about them in that period too and that was crazy to me. It was just a mess and that was the biggest mistake of YG when it comes to iKon. I know the members were really messed up too. Especially Hanbin. His mental health was not good at all... Man...so much talent in one group and YG and that bitch...you know who I'm talking about... messed up everything. I hope they will be happy and healthy again and be strong to come back to stage and not give up.
No one can beat bobby with a swag rap,he's the real rap monster and he's fluent in speaking english too.no one attempted bobby to have a rap battle with him one on one in any idols in kpop industry.

Love and Fall is one of my favorite k-pop releases. I would highly recommend listening to the whole album. It's a great roadtrip album...I listen to it in my car constantly. Also, Efra I think your interpretation goes along with what Bobby says!
