NEVER ENDING Trench Dig Continues - Digger Girl Diaries Week 18

- Started the week digging a trench for a water pipe. My Kubota broke down it blew a fuse, we got that going. Travelled down to Glasgow to do some work with CITB who I partnered with, I interviewed some apprentices and done some filming.

Nice to see that vintage Kubota, arround here in the 80ties and 90ties there where even older arround, with the cab also Orange. Nowadays Kubota is arround but not very strong since the headquarter of the Austrian Takeuchi Dealer and one of the biggest Kobelco Dealers, and also a strong Wacker Neuson Retal/Sale is here.
Oh that’s interesting, I’m sure they’re will be plenty old kubotas still working. They’re bomb proof 😁
Ive operated 191 kabota many times like your self I have npaws not citb but have hgv class 1 retired from international driving now but do odd plant excavator now again 😉 thanks can't wait to see next video
I admit I miss so much working in the countryside, so much more freedom to decide the work method yourself compared to urban areas. I worked with cleanup after winter digging for fiber optic cables in an urban green area now, where we had to use over 200 kilos of lawn seed and several loads of premium soil to re-establish a "supreme finish" lawn. Hoping to stay away from digging in "golf course standard" areas in the future 👍😅

It feels like it’s taking forever, doesn’t help I keep taking days off for filming 😂

Grow yer own veg! Nothing like being able to pick fresh (and chemical-free) produce from the garden and take it straight to the kitchen, to cook and eat it there and then. Can't recommend it enough! Magic. Fun for the kids too. 🌱

Hi amy at diggergirl i was driving through kinlocleven and i seen sandy from sjm picking up a cherrypicker. Then a few days ago when i had 40ton of salmon on my volvo fh going from fishfarm at kinlochleven on my way to france i past trucker tim with your scania v8 lorry on his trailer and nipper with 2 old lorrys on the A9 just south of aviemore as they were heading down back to Cambridgeshire. I just said to my self all i need now is to se diggergirl on the road small world . By the way nipper will make your truck into a beautiful work of art

One of the few things I find uncomfortable, is walking through a field of cows - drive safe
If one fuse was blown and he just replaced the fuse without finding /repair it’s cause, you can be certain it will happen again ! Not repaired…

I have a KH101 still working away. I did the groundwork for an extension on my house with it and it's doing plenty of work around the farm. It has itself well paid for

Hi Amy another enjoyable vid as always, that's some length of trench you've been digging bet your be happy to start a new job, and honestly I'm happy to watch longer vids 20/30 minute even ones that make the hour mark but it's your channel so happy to watch whatever vids you post, but wouldn't mind vids with longer time lapse of the digging in them, and nothing wrong with wanting to grow your own fruit and veg I do and it's so nice to eat produce that you have grown yourself,
I'm from a farming family so have been around cows all my life, and the one thing I will say is cows are very intelligent and curious animals so was just showing an interest in something that was in their field,
Also I have been following you for a lot longer on Instagram than TH-cam I never even realised you had a TH-cam channel until a few weeks ago but it's been great to connect with you on here as well looking forward to more vids in the future.
