With due respect, this analysis is BS. CV should be max 1 page except for more senior or executive roles, language should emphasize impact (i.e show dont tell), optimize for ATS, big companies do not manually read CVs

One of my friends has been running a placement service for it in nyc. He says that if you have 5 pages of experience than let it be 5 pages. It is not an obstacle and i never found it to be an obstacle.

As you mentioned that only write those academics name who are famous and belongs to the big universities do not mention the cheapest course but what if someone have the good knowledge as compare to those people who studied from big academic. I think resume is just a normal scenario of judging someone untill you won't observe those skills practicly.

Having a picture in your Resume in the USA is a terrible idea. Stay away lol. I don't why they would even mention it.

I am facing issues importing Sql file to power bi. It is showing internal connection error. Should I uninstall mysql and install it again?
Yes that might help. Sometimes having a bad installation with a bad connector can create these issues
